All visual artworks, fine art sculptures, figurative ink drawings, linocuts, curatorial statements, high-resolution photography, and digital emblems presented on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Milad Zeynali and Studio Bedaheghi, strictly protected under international copyright treaties (Berne Convention).
۲ Prohibition of Reproduction, Scraping & Linking
Any form of reproduction, unauthorized printing, third-party distribution, digital scraping, AI model training on gallery imagery, or direct hotlinking without prior explicit written permission is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under international intellectual property law.
۳ Certificate of Authenticity (COA) & Provenance
Each original masterpiece and limited edition is registered with a cryptographically verified UUID and an archival Certificate of Authenticity (COA). Verification is exclusively recognized through the official Bedahegi provenance ledger.
۴ Collector Confidentiality & Privacy
Studio Bedaheghi upholds the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding collector identities, acquisition inquiries, valuation data, and private collections. Personal collector records are never shared or sold.
۵ Licensing, Academic Citations & Press Kit
Researchers, art critics, curatorial institutions, and accredited media seeking high-resolution press assets, academic publication rights, or book citations are welcome to submit a formal licensing request directly to the studio.
