COLLECTION 2014-1394 AT SEYHOUN ART GALLERY
My first exhibition was held in June 2015 at Seyhoun Gallery. The show featured 7 paintings and 9 spheres. A text on my works was written by the Khakdan unit, and a portion of the pieces was acquired by the DD Museum, where they are now housed in the permanent collection.
COLLECTION 2014-1395 AT SEYHOUN ART GALLERY
My second exhibition was held in October 2016 at Seyhoun Gallery.
COLLECTION | 2012
The paintings from 2011, executed in ink and oil on canvas, mark the beginning of my color works after years of drawing. In these pieces, I translated that formal spatial quality into the language of color.
SPHERES | 2015
The spheres that I began making experimentally — and when, in my first and second works, nine spheres appeared quite by chance, I decided to make all nine. But in the final work, due to the composition of the piece, I couldn't bring in all nine spheres. Then it occurred to me — or perhaps I was inspired — that these nine spheres you made have spilled out of this last work and poured into the gallery.
SCULPTURES | 2016
The sculptures I began making in a highly improvisational manner, much in the same way I draw and paint. I then decided to fix them within frames, as though they were paintings bursting out of the canvas.
COLLECTION 2018-1397 AT SEYHOUN ART GALLERY
My last exhibition, which included these design works, was held this time at Seyhoun Gallery, Vozara. After that, due to the coronavirus pandemic and other circumstances over these years, as well as my own sensitivity and perfectionism regarding the way my work is presented, I have not held a solo exhibition until now—though I have been more productive than ever. As I say this, it is now the year 1405 (2026), and I am striving to hold a rich and impactful exhibition at the quality I have in mind.
GRANDFATHER | 2009
In 2009 (1388), I spent a great deal of time doing line drawings of my grandfather. I was 22 years old at the time, and many of the masters who saw these works were astonished. Years later, one of the veteran painters told me that he had recently gone to a nursing home and was drawing the elderly, and that my drawings kept coming to his mind. My grandfather passed away in 2009 (1388), and I worked on these drawings over the course of a year, a selection of which I have chosen and displayed here.

LINEAR DRAWINGS | 2026
In 2005 , when I briefly attended drawing classes with Vahik Hartounian, I became acquainted with this technique and spent a great deal of time on it; it is still one of my favorites. Back then, I often drew my grandfather using this technique, and to this day I have created a large number of drawings with it every year. I can say with certainty that this technique brought me to my own personal space — in other words, it connected me to my unconscious.

ETCHING
It is late September 2026, and Mohammad Rostami — an old friend of mine and a student of Master Ahmad Vakili, who serves as his assistant at Mr. Vakili's printmaking workshop — asked me to come to the print workshop and see the space. I experienced my first print (etching), and in all likelihood I will go to the print workshop to learn printmaking techniques.
PORTRAIT
This collection of digital portraits is of people who had a significant role in my life, and it is one of the collections that is ongoing and being added to.
DIGITAL PAINTINGS ON THE WALL
A few years ago, an idea came to mind: to film the wall I had in mind from its surroundings, and as I approach the wall, the image would freeze while the sound of the street continues, and I would paint digitally on the wall. Here I am publishing images of these works; watch the videos on my YouTube channel.
200 DIGITAL PAINTING WORKS | 2023
I worked on this digital series over the course of perhaps one month, for NFTs — though I later regretted presenting them in the NFT space.
20 DIGITAL ROUND WORKS | 2023
I worked on this digital series over the course of perhaps one month, for NFTs — though I later regretted presenting them in the NFT space.
PHOTOGRAPHY | 2010
In 2010 , my father bought me a Canon 550D camera with a 70-200 telephoto lens. In those days, I was constantly out photographing in the streets. I am publishing part of that period's photography in this section.
MR.SHAHABI'S HOUSE | 2019
In 2019, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I went with Mr. Shahabi - who was a great source of spiritual and emotional support to me in those years to visit his father. An old house with an unusual atmosphere. I took these photos of him, his father, and their home.
BLACK & WHITE IN THE CAFE | 2025
In 1405, I used to take my camera to Doobar Aftab Café. From a distance of about three meters, with a 70-200mm lens, I photographed people coming to pay their bills. It felt really good. But unfortunately, the café told me not to do it. I'm sharing some of these photos here.
SELF-PORTRAIT | 1986 - ◇◇◇
I dedicate this section to the photographs I have taken of myself over these years, as well as photographs from my childhood.
